What is Holiday Haul Box (HHB)?
Holiday Haul Box, aka HHB is a subscription box service designed especially for the holidays - we do one thing and we do it well! HHB provides its subscribers with quality, coordinated and on-trend holiday decor items for 7 holidays - Valentines Day, St. Patricks Day, Easter or Passover, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, & Christmas or Hanukkah - Phew! HHB also strives to provide an unparalleled unboxing experience, making it fun from start to finish! We do the work, you have the fun! When you subscribe to HHB you will receive each holiday, you do not need to re-subscribe for each box, it will automatically bill and ship to you as long as you remain a subscriber. You will also never be without your Haul, even when it has sold out - which happens with almost every box!
What type of decor will be in my Haul?
Your haul will include at least 5, high quality products ranging from festive pillows or pillow covers and table linens to serving pieces and decor pieces. Also be on the lookout for garlands, buntings, and ornaments - oh my! We also are quite fond of high-end paper products, ribbons, candles, yummy treats & much more! So as you can see, the variety will keep you guessing and surprise you each and every haul! Boxes may vary depending on item availability.
When Will I receive my Haul box?
HHB is very proud to offer SHIPPING INCLUDED! We know you are excited to see your HHB (we can't wait either!) so we try to get your Haul to you as quickly as possible - see the shipping schedule below. We aim to deliver your Haul 3-4 weeks prior to the upcoming holiday! Free shipping to all 50 states AND we now ship to our heroes at APO/DPO/FPO addresses. Shipping to Canada available for an additional fee.
Can I send HHB as a gift?
Absolutely, what a lucky person! Your gift recipient will be thrilled with a HHB! HHB is unique, fun, and thoughtful - the perfect gift! We will also include a personalized gift card for your recipient - we do the work, you have the fun! To send a gift simply choose the gifting option at checkout!
What if an item arrives broken?
Oh no!! We hope this doesn't happen but, if it unfortunately does please reach out to us as soon as possible at customerservice@holidayhaulbox.com and we will do our best to replace it with the same item, a comparable product or provide a partial refund if a product is not available. You will be asked to provide a picture of the damage. Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
What if my box is lost in the mail?
Unfortunately, once the box leaves our warehouse and you are provided with a tracking number - HHB does not have any control over the shipping process. In the rare event that a box is lost, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make it right. Please be sure your address in your account portal is correct - we cannot be held liable for incorrect addresses and miss-mailed boxes. If your box shows "delivered" by the postal service tracking, please contact your local post office for assistance finding the box, we are unable to provide any additional information beyond the tracking info. If the box is not delivered, we will work with you to make the situation right!
What Holidays are included in the subscription?
We celebrate them all! You will receive Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter OR Passover, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas OR Hanukkah - phew!!! You choose your religious preference at checkout so we can send you the holiday you prefer when that holiday arrives!
My address changed or I entered it incorrectly.
Starting January 2023 - if the box was shipped to an incorrectly entered address or the subscriber moved and did not update thier address, there will be a $15 re-shipping fee (re-shipped boxes are subject to availability). Addresses can be updated in your portal or you may email customerservice@holidayhaulbox.com and we will be happy to update the address for you.
Can I skip a holiday or pause my subscription?
YES! Please email us at customerservice@holidayhaulbox.com to request a skipped box. You can also manage your subscription via your portal.
Can I return my haul or items in my haul?
We can't imagine that anyone would want to return their Haul! But, because each item is seasonal, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges. Pro-tip: items that are not useable at your house - make perfect hostess, white elephant, Bunco, Keno & teacher gifts!
What are my payment options?
We want everyone to make their homes pretty for the holidays and have tried to make it as affordable as possible! HHB offers two subscription payment options - an up-front payment OR you can subscribe and be billed per holiday. We also accept all credit cards. Everyone deserves a Holiday Haul Box and we make it easy!
When will my subscription renew?
If you sign-up with an annual subscription, your subscription will auto-renew on the anniversary of the first holiday you signed up for. If you decide to subscribe per holiday, you will automatically be charged on the 1st-10th of each month a holiday ships, depending on the holiday (see the graph below). Once the subscription re-news, refunds will not be honored.
Can I cancel my haul?
Wait!! Don't go! Please email us so we can fix any issues, we want to help and keep you as a customer if we can. We are also happy to PAUSE your subscription so you remain in-line for upcoming boxes and at the current price, just email for more information. You must cancel all subscriptions from auto-renewing by using your customer portal, emails to cancel will NOT be honored as they are not always seen or delivered properly. The subscriber is responsible for managing the cancellation of the subscription. Annual are prepaid orders, and are nonrefundable as this product has already been purchased for you. When you purchased these subscriptions, you may have also received an initial discount or a free box for agreeing to get all the boxes. If you cancel prior to the renewal, you will continue to receive the remaining boxes on your current subscription as they have already been paid for. There is not a refund for the boxes remaining as this product was already purchased for you. If you are being billed per box, your subscription will be canceled for any boxes that have not billed, if you cancel after the box has renewed, your cancelation will go into effect after the current box has shipped and will NOT be refunded.
