Subscription Billing Agreement

At Holiday Haul Box, we’re all about delivering joy and festive decor to your doorstep. But we also believe in clear communication, especially when it comes to your subscription. Here’s how it works:

• Per-Holiday Subscription: If you opt for this plan, you’ll be billed immediately for the first box of the subscription and then 10-15 days prior to the shipping of each additional holiday box (7 times per year). The billing dates are noted on the FAQ page of the website. 
• VIP Annual Subscription: If you choose our VIP Annual plan, you’ll be billed every 12 months upfront. Your subscription will renew on the anniversary of the date you subscribed each year, this date is clearly noted in your customer portal. If you cancel before the subscription renews, you will receive the remaining boxes on your subscription - these are NOT refunded. 
  

**Please note that these subscriptions are re-billed automatically according to the plan you choose.  Cancelations after the subscription has renewed will take affect after the current box ships for Per Holiday subscriptions and after the 7th box ships for Annual subscriptions.  Renewal charges will not be refunded for subscriptions canceled after the renewal date. By agreeing to these terms at checkout, you acknowledge that you understand the re-bill nature of this subscription service. Rest assured, there will be no surprises, and if you ever have any questions or need to make changes to your subscription, our fabulous customer care team is here to help.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Use License

Limitations
